At Ritual Hockey, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect equipment for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused hockey gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
