How do I choose the right field hockey stick length?
Generally, the stick should reach your hip bone. For a more precise fit, measure from the floor to your hip; most senior players use 36.5" or 37.5" sticks depending on their height and playing style.
What is the difference between the different carbon percentages?
Higher carbon percentages (like our 95% models) provide maximum power and stiffness for elite players, while lower carbon content offers a softer touch and better vibration dampening for developing players.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express options are available at checkout if you need your gear before your next match.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on equipment that has been used on the pitch.
Do Ritual Hockey sticks come with a warranty?
Yes, all our sticks are covered by a 6-month manufacturer warranty against structural defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or chips caused by stick-to-stick contact.
